If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.
How It Works:

2.⁠ ⁠Not satisfied? Contact us at support@lovescription.com within 60 days.
3.⁠ ⁠We’ll issue a full refund for your purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:
✅ Contact us first - Email our team before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions and may be able to help troubleshoot or offer an alternative solution.
✅ Within 60 days - Returns must be initiated within 60 days of your delivery date.
✅ At least 50% full - We want you to actually try our products! Returned products must be at least half full. This ensures you’ve given the product a fair trial while preventing abuse.
✅ Original condition - Products should be in their original packaging when possible.
✅ Proof of purchase - Please include your order number in your return request email.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED
Our guarantee does not cover:
❌ Shipping costs - Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.
❌ Products purchased elsewhere - Our guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from our website.
❌ Damaged due to misuse - Products damaged through improper use or storage.
❌ Returns after 60 days - Requests made after 60 days from delivery date.
❌ Empty or nearly empty products - Products with less than 50% remaining (indicates full consumption, not dissatisfaction).

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
STEP 1
Email us at support@lovescription.com with:
• Your order number
• Product(s) you’d like to return
• Brief reason for return (helps us improve!)

STEP 2
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
• Return authorization
• Return shipping address
• Any additional instructions

STEP 3
Ship your return to the address provided.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
• Keep your tracking number for your records
• We are not responsible for lost return packages
STEP 4
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to us), we’ll process your refund.

REFUND PROCESSING
Refund method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
TIMEFRAM
• We process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
• Please allow an additional 3-10 business days for your financial institution to post the credit to your account
WHAT YOU'L RECEIVE
• Full refund of product purchase price
• Original shipping costs are NOT refunded
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility

EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product:
1. Return your original item for a refund (following the process above)
2. Place a new order for the product you’d like instead
Or: Contact our team and we may be able to offer a special exchange arrangement on a case-by-case basis.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us immediately at support@lovescription.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• Description of the issue
We’ll send a replacement right away at no cost to you, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
NOTE: Claims for damaged products must be made within 7 days of delivery.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If we sent you the wrong product (our mistake!):
Contact us at support@lovescription.com and we’ll:
• Send you the correct product immediately
• Provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
• Cover all shipping costs

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Before shipping:
• Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
• If we haven’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund 100% (including shipping)
After shipping:
• Once shipped, we cannot cancel
• You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once received

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
If you’re subscribed to our monthly delivery:
✅ Skip or cancel anytime - No penalties, no hassle
✅ Modify your products - Change products before each shipment
✅ Pause your subscription - Take a break and resume when ready

Subscription refunds: Follow the same 60-day guarantee process for any subscription shipment.

POLICY AGAINST ABUSE
We trust our customers, but we reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, including:

• Returns of empty or nearly empty products
• Patterns suggesting abuse of our guarantee
